Ashu Kumar Bhardwaj was born in October 1987 in a small village called Dohab, Himachal Pradesh, into a middle-class family. His father, Mr. Madan Lal, worked as a tailor master, and his mother, Mrs. Shani Devi, is a homemaker. Growing up, Ashu faced his share of challenges—he struggled, failed, and persevered in his search for success, happiness, and self-fulfillment. Like many young boys, he once had unclear dreams and an uncertain vision for his future. What set him apart, however, was his strong desire to learn and keep moving forward. Through life’s ups and downs, time and experience shaped him into a visa, tax, and accountancy advisor dedicated to helping others achieve their goals.
Education and Career
Ashu Kumar Bhardwaj was born in a middle-class family in Dohab, Himachal Pradesh, and completed his senior secondary education (+2) in Shahpur in 2007. Although financial constraints prevented him from pursuing higher studies immediately, his determination to learn and succeed never wavered.
On 18 October 2008, he began working in a private company in Gujarat, enduring long 20-hour workdays for a monthly salary of ₹2,850. Despite the demanding schedule, he pursued knowledge relentlessly, learning basic computer skills and expanding his abilities. In 2009, illness forced him to pause his work and studies, prompting his return to Himachal Pradesh in April 2011 to recover.
From 2011 to March 2012, he worked with Yogita Collection Pvt. Ltd., Ludhiana, earning ₹7,200 per month, but the company’s sudden closure required him to seek new opportunities. From March 2012 to October 2016, he joined another private firm in Ludhiana, earning ₹8,500 per month. Despite his dedication, challenges in the workplace and limited growth prompted him to leave Ludhiana on 1 October 2016.
He then moved to Karnal, Haryana, as an accountant, but when his position was not confirmed on payroll, he once again had to seek a better opportunity. On 3 June 2017, he became Account Manager at Galaxy Crop Protection Pvt. Ltd., Panchkula, where he excelled professionally while also contributing to social service initiatives. During this period, he continued his education and completed his Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in 2014, demonstrating his commitment to lifelong learning.
After gaining extensive experience in accounts, taxation, and business management, Ashu took a bold step toward entrepreneurship. On 30 June 2020, he left Galaxy Crop Protection Pvt. Ltd.
and finally launched his own business, “Jasleen Associate”, marking the start of his independent professional journey and his dedication to helping clients succeed in finance, accounting, and visa advisory services.
